Such a lovely birthday surprise! The chocolate loaf was so good — really rich but not too much, and a small slice is perfect so it goes a long way. We ended up freezing both the loaf and the treacle tart, and honestly the tart was just as good after defrosting as it was fresh. Can’t wait to try more, especially the crumbles!

I thoroughly recommend The Norfolk Rustic Baker, Lauren's bakes are consistently good. I cannot decide which is my favourite the lemon drizzle, the carrot cake or the banana loaf. Working my way through the whole menu to help my decision.
